Refund and Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving (according to delivery records) your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Order Cancellation

To cancel an order prior to shipment, kindly note that PayPal and credit card providers impose a 3.5% transaction fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, a $10 handling fee will apply if the cancellation occurs after 12 hours. Costs for any special request items will also be calculated and deducted from the refund amount.

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. For free shipping orders, we will deduct the standard shipping cost to you if you return the product. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please note that shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and handling charges are non-refundable.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
